The ConvergenceTP POS module records all of the transactional text in a user searchable SQL database, while optionally recording and/or displaying the transaction in real-time within the VMS system.
ConvergenceTP has taken the next step in meeting customers’ needs through its new hypermedia search engine, shown below. Keywords are used in the search to retrieve events and their associated video. The search engine provides a listing of events based on parameters defined by the end user from drop down menus and offers one button access to the camera views plus a CSV output file for easy exporting for use with spread sheets like MS Excel. Reports can be generated easily showing events over specified time periods or identifying specific transactions by item name, cashier operators name or ID or specific events such as “no sale” and “refunds”.
